Finally, here's our 'better late than never' autumn newsletter. Thank you for your patience!

📗 Ellie has had a very busy couple of months (hence the lack of a September newsletter) finishing off her first book 'Weaving as Art Therapy for Beginners' which is now ready to be published. Please read on for information on how to get a FREE copy in exchange for a review.

🌿 Claudia has been busy with workshops and writing the latest natural dyeing blog which looks at naturally dyeing with yarrow, see below.

I have spent the best part of this year writing my first book which i'm so excited to now share with you.

I am looking for a group of people who, in exchange for a FREE digital copy, would be willing to give me some feedback and a review.

'Weaving as Art Therapy for Beginners' teaches the basics of frame loom weaving, but also shows you various off-loom weaving techniques, from fallen branches and stones to your kitchen door.

There is a chapter of ten different therapeutic weaving activities that have been co-written with an art therapist to help ease anxiety, stress and depression and burnout, along with activities for self-love, happiness, gratitude, relaxation, letting go and hope.
